联盟聚氨酯专委会主任、山东建筑大学热能工程学院教授孟扬在会议现场对自阻燃型高防火聚氨酯新材料进行了介绍和演示。“该材料已走出实验室,可大批生产,并可实现节能、阻燃双达标。”孟扬介绍,聚氨酯是当今世界上公认的比较佳环保型节能保温材料,具有导热系数低、防潮、耐老化、耐温好、热固性、自粘接等诸多优异的物性。然而,难以克服的易燃问题极大地影响了聚氨酯材料在建筑节能中的使用。无添加的自阻燃型高防火聚氨酯材料,集中了聚氨酯所有优异物性的同时又具有难燃、环保、低烟等特性。使用该技术在生产线制造的产品经国家级权威部门检测阻燃等级为B1级,是迄今为止国内外聚氨酯裸材所达到的理想指标。自阻燃型聚氨酯不添加任何阻燃剂,绿色环保,物理性能稳定,遇火后不流淌,没有滴落物(氧指数31.2%,燃烧增长速率0.4MJ,38.4W/s,0.2MJ,90.2W/s,达到B1-B级),产烟量极低,几乎没有烟雾(烟气生成速率24M2/S1,600m总烟气产生量53.6M2),采用太空碳化技术,遇火急速形成碳化层,紧密而有强度的结碳层形成一道防火墙将火焰与建筑隔,使火焰不再扩散和向建筑内燃烧,更有效地挽救人身和财产安全。

Self flame retardant polyurethane without any flame retardant, green environmental protection, physical properties stable, no drip after fire, no drop (oxygen index 31.2%, combustion growth rate 0.4MJ, 38.4W/s, 0.2MJ, 90.2W/s, B1-B), very low smoke production, almost no smoke (smoke generation rate of 24M2/S1600m total smoke production) 53.6M2), using the technology of space carbonization, the carbonization layer is formed rapidly in the case of fire.
